Car rental terms and conditions for Malaga bookings
Know the age, licence, deposit and pricing rules before you enquire about a Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche or G-Class.
General terms
All rates on this site are quoted in euros (EUR). Day rates run from €600 to €6,000 depending on the model booked, with higher figures applying to flagship supercars and lower figures to standard SUV and sedan bookings. Monthly and long-term hire is available at a discounted rate, calculated once dates and model are confirmed.
A security deposit is required for every booking. The amount is set per model, not as a single flat figure across the fleet, and is confirmed when you reserve a specific car and delivery date. Deposit terms, including how and when it is released, are detailed in the written confirmation you receive.
Full written terms, including cancellation conditions, mileage allowance and insurance excess, are issued once your model, dates and delivery address are fixed. These documents accompany the booking confirmation sent to the email address you provide, and cover what happens if plans change before collection or delivery.
